Dr. Waldron earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Antioch New England University. She is a licensed psychologist in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut; an AASECT Certified Sex Therapy Supervisor; a certified couples counselor; and certified in perinatal mental health. She has completed Gottman Method Level 2 training, including advanced training in treating affairs and betrayal trauma. She also provides professional education for the New Hampshire Drug and Alcohol Counselors Association and clinical supervision for therapists pursuing AASECT certification through the Modern Sex Therapy Institute.
Dr. Waldron is the founder of Sexual Health and Healing, a specialty psychotherapy practice, and Whole Life Intimacy, an organization providing evidence-based educational events focused on sexual health and relationships. Through these complementary organizations, she is committed to increasing access to high-quality sexual health education and specialized psychological care.
For more than a decade, Dr. Waldron has helped individuals and couples overcome concerns related to desire, arousal, orgasm, pain during sex, erectile dysfunction, compulsive sexual behaviors, and relationship betrayal. She has particular expertise in addressing the impact of major life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, on intimacy and sexual health.
Whether working with therapy clients, supervising clinicians, or speaking to community groups, Dr. Waldron is known for translating complex research into practical, compassionate guidance. Her goal is to help people build healthier relationships, improve sexual well-being, and navigate life's transitions with greater confidence and connection.
