Charisse Cooke is a relationship psychotherapist with over two decades of full-time clinical experience. Her work is grounded in attachment science, psychology, and behavioral change, with a particular focus on helping people recognize and break the repeating patterns that shape their relationships. Charisse believes that most distress stems from self-defeating dynamics we've never had the space to examine and that with the right awareness, meaningful relational change is possible at any stage of life. Much of her individual work centers on midlife relationships: clients navigating long-term partnerships, divorce, dating patterns, or the question of whether to begin again.
Alongside clinical practice, Charisse is a published author with Penguin Random House, a keynote speaker, an online educator, and a workshop facilitator. She is an accredited member of the National Counseling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS) and has worked across private and clinical settings since 2003.
